The key innovation we deliver is our use of the Pavesi oven hearth from Modena, Italy. This crucial component is made by hand in Modena, Italy, and is specifically designed and created to deliver incredible performance for wood and/or gas burning ovens. No other manufacturer in North America features a true Italian hearth built into an all-American oven.
