The M48 weighs, cuts, and rounds pizza dough and some types of bread dough, automatically producing balled portions perfectly closed and ready to rise. Continuously process up to 880 lbs of dough per hour.
QUICK TURN AROUND
In one hour, the M48 dough divider and rounder processes up to 880 lbs of dough and shapes it into dough balls, ready to rise: a job usually done by three pizzaioli. This produces significant time savings and increased profits.
EASY TO CLEAN
Manufactured from food grade anodized aluminum and stainless steel, the M48 has been designed to be easily disassembled for daily cleaning.
EASY TO ADJUST
Simply load the dough into the hopper (max. 46 quarts at once), adjust the weight of the portions & the working speed, and the M48 will do the rest. The portions are electronically weighed to size and rounded 50 times before exiting round and perfectly closed, as if done by hand.
