Ranked #1 best pizza in the state by numerous online and print publications, and with two locations (Little Rock and Conway), this pizzeria has become a staple for pizza-lovers in Arkansas. ZAZA focuses on Neapolitan pizza served up in a fast casual setting, inspired by the laid back traditional bars of Italy.

Dough is made daily with Italian tipo 00 flour, and then topped with a simple San Marzano tomato sauce with a pinch of garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Otherwise, ZAZA uses fresh local ingredients as much as possible, baking up traditional Italian pies as well as more inventive ones such as the “3 Little Pigs” topped with Petit Jean bacon, Petit Jean ham and pepperoni. All the pizzas go through their Pavesi RPM 140×180 traditional brick oven, fired with local Arkansas wood at temperatures of approximately 700ºF.
