Workshop Terms of Service

Registration Confirmation: Workshop registration is confirmed upon successful payment processing. You will receive a confirmation email with workshop details and receipt.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our payment partner. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.

Pricing: Workshop prices are clearly displayed during registration. Early bird pricing is available for registrations made before the specified deadline. Promotional codes, if applied, will be reflected in your final price.

Participant Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the workshop: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before: No refund, but you may transfer to another workshop within 12 months

Fiero Group Cancellations: If we must cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available workshop.

Weather and Force Majeure: Outdoor workshops may be cancelled due to severe weather. Indoor workshops will proceed as scheduled unless extraordinary circumstances prevent safe operation.

Attendance: Participants must arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important safety instructions and technique demonstrations. No partial refunds for late arrival or early departure.

Age Requirements: Most workshops are designed for adults (18+). Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Specific age requirements are listed in each workshop description.

Health and Safety: Participants must disclose any food allergies or health conditions that may affect their participation. We maintain a safe learning environment and expect all participants to follow safety guidelines.

What's Included: All materials, tools, and ingredients are provided. Lunch and refreshments are typically included in full-day workshops. Take-home items vary by workshop and are specified in the workshop description.

Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that cooking workshops involve inherent risks including but not limited to: hot surfaces, sharp tools, and food preparation activities. Participants assume these risks voluntarily.

Limitation of Liability: Fiero Group's liability is limited to the amount paid for workshop registration. We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or consequential damages.

Conduct Policy: Participants must conduct themselves respectfully toward instructors and other participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

Photography and Media: Workshops may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in Fiero Group marketing materials.

Workshop Transfers: You may transfer your registration to another available workshop of equal or lesser value. Transfers to higher-priced workshops require payment of the difference.

Participant Substitution: You may substitute another person for your registration by contacting us at least 48 hours before the workshop. The substitute must meet all workshop requirements.

Transfer Fees: Workshop transfers made less than 7 days before the original workshop date incur a $25 administrative fee.
