This year, for the first time ever, Fiero will be demonstrating the new Fiero Dough equipment line; featuring high production dough mixing tools, as well as a sophisticated line of artisanal labor-saving prep equipment.Â
The Fiero Forni product line will be on display with commercial wood/gas brick ovens, mobile brick ovens, and high performance Roman electric ovens. Guest pizzaioli will bake throughout the day, demonstrating the various styles and techniques possible with Fiero ovens.
